Camarones A La Diabla de Frank

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound of large shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 5-ounce can of chipotle chiles or chipotle sauce
1 green bell pepper, cut in round circles
1 white onion, finely chopped
1/2 head of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of Goya® Sazon
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked white rice
Avocados
Salad of choice

PREPARATION:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the onion and green pepper, along with the salt, pepper and Sazon. Saute for about 10 minutes. Add the chipotle chiles or the chipotle sauce to the pan, along with the garlic; cover and simmer for about 15 more minutes, then add the shrimp for 8 more minutes. Cook on medium heat. Serve over a bed of white rice with salad and avocados!
